With years of experience in the Israeli Homeland Security & Intelligence community, Yuri brings a unique perspective to the field of ransomware negotiations. Specializing in ransomware attack mitigation and counter-measures management, he is a seasoned crisis negotiator with a track record of dozens of successfully resolved high-risk situations.
Yuri has an academic background in Counter Terrorism and Homeland Security issues, providing a deep understanding of the complex landscape in which we operate.

Zvika Katz, Information Technology Professional with 20+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Process Development, and Team Management. Zvika holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), New Product Development Professional (NPDP), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and his expertise lies in project management, project management methodologies, and business process development, as well as vendor management, product research, and analysis, program and project management, cost/budget control, process design, requirements development, business development, staffing and training, risk management, and network security.

Yoram P. Lavon
Lead Operational Psychologist
Yoram P. Lavon is a highly experienced crisis manager and negotiator with over 20 years of service in the Israel National Police. Throughout his career, Yoram has worked on hundreds of crises involving national, terror, criminal, domestic, and new media incidents, including hostage situations, suicide bombings, kidnappings, civil riots, massive suicide attempts, barricading, hunger strikes at prisons, cults, missing soldiers, and more.
Yoram holds a master's degree in psychology and has been qualified as a negotiator by both the FBI course in Quantico and the New Scotland Yard course in Hendon.

His reputation as a results-driven leader was established during his time at Temenos, the world’s largest core banking product and integrations firm. In 2011, he founded Accellabs, where he’s been instrumental in ideation, vision, capital raising, and product management.
